Can u get a flat stomach on CARDIO alone?!


Question: No, you'll look nasty skinny. Think Nicole Ritchie thin. You want to be healthy. Cardio is good for burning fat, but your body quickly adapts to it, and you start burning lean muscle. Which causes you to be more tired and easily fatigued. Use cardio and do total body workouts, and you will have something better than a flat stomach, you will have a sexy stomach. Not all Muscular or anything like that, but that smooth sexy stomach that guys really go for. I know i'd rather have that, than someone with a flat stomach.

you will still have to include ab excersises.

yes u certainly can.. but to go higher up more advanced results.. u want to do abs and clean up your diet a bit more.. to get more define

To get a flat stomach you need to lose fat. And you can not lose fat from only one body part, so you need to decrease your body fat percentage. You do this by reducing your caloric intake and by increase your caloric expenditure. It will take time. And there are some people, because of genetics, that find it very hard to lose fat.

You can lose the fat over your stomach, but you need toning exercises to firm the ab muscles so they'll look nice when the fat isn't hiding them anymore.
