Too skinny, how should I gain muscle?!


Question: I am 1 year experienced with weight lifting, 22 yo, 153 lbs, 5'8".
I want to gain muscle mass, ideally up to 170-175 lbs.
What are some good weight-gaining supplements? lifting routines? Should I stop going to my jiu-jitsu class 2-3 times a week so I can gain more weight or does it not matter?

u shud do heavy workout. 10 sets n 6-8 reps. take more of carbohydrates n proteins. add inbetween meals. tk proper sleep n rest. eat bananas before going 2 gym n after workout tk protein shake within 20 minutes after exercise. change ur game schedule after every 2 months n c the difference.
