To workout or not to workout??!

Question: I am so drained and tired and I really, really don't want to work out..but today is only Tuesday and I didn't workout on Fri,Sat. or Sun.But I did on Monday.I have a test on Thursday that I really need to study for also..

So should I just go workout and make myself..or relax and do some studying?

If your tired you can still do a mini workout, perhaps just sit on a bike or walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes; Nothing strenuous. You might be surprised at how much better you feel afterwards.

just make yourself. i'm a night sift worker (at work right now) and i cant be bothered at anytime to work out. But i do it. Doing things that you dont want to do builds character :)

i don't know abt you but a good workout gives me energy.

insted of going to the gym and donig a full on working a better option is to go outside and go on a run. Just throw on your shoes and go for a jog, thsi way after a half hour or so you can come on back in and study. After jogging it will also increase your energy!

20 min study, 10 min workout. Or something like that, whatever works best for you.

Exercising for 30 minutes only takes up 1/2 hour of your day! Then, it's out of the way and you can spend the rest of the evening studying :).

If ur fat start runnin, dont stop til u aint fat....

you'll feel better about your self if you workout
