What is your favorite healthy snack?!


Question: I have a few, actually

Avocado with home made sesame ginger dressing (so I know it's low in bad stuff)

Unsweetened applesauce with wheat germ sprinkled on it

Wasa crackers with tuna

Whole almonds and a piece of fruit

Apple slices with all natural peanut butter

Home made hummus with toasted whole grain pitas

carrots & celery with a little bit of veggie dip

I would have to say apples portable good and usually cheap

Im not sure how healthy this is but...I love mixing vanilla yogurt with a lil bit of peanut butter then dipping apples in it. My kids love it too! Soooo yummy!

I like apples and saltine crackers. It gives the apples a sweet tang it its delicious!!!

yogurt, but i eat wayyy to much of it:]

cottage cheese. or yogurt. but I have been eating alot of apples lately.

-breyers double churned(and no added sugar) ice cream
-chocolate peanut butter ricecakes
-frozen fruit with fat free cool whip
-quaker chewy granola bars
-fruit pops
-lean pockets
-chocolate milk
-graham crackers
-vegies and dip
-pretzels and fat free cream cheese

Paul Newnan's black bean & corn salsa mixed with a little french soft garlic cheese and chips....

or apple slices (Gala)

herbs r supposed to be good for ur health (like garlic)

here r some i like:

kettle corn

carrots nd ranch

fruit salad (YUMMY YUMMY)

carrots and a fat free ranch dressing

mm sounds good think i might have it now

I have a couple.... A blueberry whole grain waffle with peanut butter, a large orange, or a whole grain english muffin with low fat pizza sauce and skim mozzarella cheese melted over top.
