Any tips on losing weight?!


Question: Hello umm im 13 years old male i am 5'4 and weigh 120 pounds, i would like some tips on losing weight. I eat breakfast(usually)200 calories. I also try to run for 30 minutes or walk my dog in the morning, i eat at my schools recess a bar, then lunch at the 2nd recess a sandwich. Then i come home and eat dinner. I run on a treadmill, do lightweights and pushups etc after school for about an hour everyday, i would like some tips on healthier eating or excercices i could do, im afraid that if i dont eat enough calories i wont grow much higher, right now i eat about 1300-1400 calories a day

you're doing fine already. you're not overweight and seem to be doing things to stay healthy. just eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink lots of water, and get your daily exercise.

err... I don't think you are overweight or obese or anything, but i heard drinking a lot of water decreases your appetite. if you feel hungry, then eat. don't starve yourself because eating disorders are life threatening.
