The pesky Love handles..?!


Question: Best way to tone them down? Bathing suit season is coming up and I'd love it if they were smaller. My diet's fairly good, I try to stay away from most dairy (drinking mostly soy), I'm a vegetarian, I usually don't eat sweets, I try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and I try to drink 3-4 bottles of water a day. I also go to the gym every other day and work out on the cardio machines for about 40 min and try to remember to do 25 crunches every morning and every night.. any other advice?

for the love handles: sit in crunch position, angled at a 45 degree angle. put your hands together in front of you in two fists (like the basic position for boxing). stay leaned back and alternate your hands from side to side, twisting your body from left to right. do each side 25 times. I do this every night and my love handles and barely visible.

for tight stomach:
1. 50 crunches
2. bicycle (25, alternating side to side)
3. leg lifts

I do that entire work out every night starting with the stomach exercises and working to the love handle exercise. I've only been doing it for about a week now, but i've been seeing improvement. Hope that helps! Your diet and exercise sounds great already

your doing basically all you can do... keep it up and they'll be gone in no time... good luck
