Does tea loose any of its tea-y goodness when you ice it?!

Question: I like having a cup of green tea in the morning. I have a very low tolerance to heat and usually wait about 10 mins or so for it to cool which is quite impractical when I'm in a hurry.
I heard that hot/warm water is good for your digestive system... so aside from that, would I be loosing any other of the benefits of a glass of warm tea by icing it?

no. all you would be doing is adding water to your system from the ice.

coffee & tea contain caffine which is more poisonous when it is cooled and hence avoid taking cold coffee and tea. All the best. The real taste of chilled tea or coffee comes because of the chilled milk where the cream gets condensed and gives a pleasant taste to the tongue and hence simply drink chilled milk with rose essence tinted if required and you would enjoy the drink.
