Is drinking milk really the best ways to have a good sleep?!

No. It helps some people but if you have a lot of trouble sleeping at night it isn't going to do you any good. You're better off running around the block 10 times or until you're a bit tired.

Yeah, i usually heat up milk to help me sleep. That or read a book or go on Yahoo Answers until 12am.

Avoid caffeneted products 4 hours before going to sleep, don
