If i jog for about 4 times a week for 30 mins?!


Question: and eat very little such as (Salad and tuna morning..then later more salad and chicken or soup etc..) no bread rice pasta no treats.. only herbal lemon tea and water.

How much will i lose maybe.

Even though im constantly starving cause my bodys not yet used to eating so little will i get used to it soon..?

you are constantly starving because you're starving! eat well balanced meals with proper portions, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day. if you don't eat enough, your body will hoard every calorie and you won't lose. you need carbs for fuel or your body will start burning muscle tissue for fuel. anorexics die of heart failure, not starvation.

You will have jogged for two hours in total for the week.

sounds like you'd be burning more calories than you'd be eating.

So, in theory, you will lose weight.

Depending on how long you keep the jogging going with determine how much weight you lose.
