When Jogging?!


Question: is it ok if i do that at night time? couse thats the ONLY time i can...but will it still help me lose weight?

Jogging at night is fine--be careful of cars, you could be reflective running gear so you are more easily seen in the dark. Run in a safe area also.

The only time I can think of to stay away from exercise at night would be if you have a lot of trouble getting to sleep afterward--then the morning or early afternoon would be better.

You burn the same calories no matter when you exercise--so it would still help you lose weight....

Jogging anytime of the day will help you lose weight.

It boosts your metabolism and burns calories.

the important thing here is that you are exercising so... no matter what tie of day you exercise it is still exercise!... but keep in mind that if you do jog at nigh it might be a little hard for you to fall asleep... good luck!

it is great for you, but make sure you watch out for cars at night.

It's fine anytime i think only be careful at night if you're jogging outdoors.

You should exercise when you can, and when you feel like it. Jogging at night is just as good as any other time of the day.
