I run 3 miles a day and I want to get rid of my love handles!?!
Question: I have been on a strict diet and I commsume the right about of calories and I need to get rid of my love handles! I was wondering if 3 miles a day is going to help me get rid of my love handles? Has anyone has any success getting rid of there love handles?

i've lost a lot of weight over the last couple years. i think you have a similar body to mine
first i lost all the fat in my face
then my belly went away (not the side belly)
then my thighs toned up
but i still have some love handles
i guess it's just the last to go. 3 miles a day is a grip and should do it. this sounds crazy but 2 miles a day with strength training and crunches is probably a lot more effective.

running does it for me. Also they are super easy to hide...just wear bigger pants.
running by itself wont do it. You need to have a controlled diet and some sort of weight training, a light one at least. People come up to me and ask if 1000 sit ups a day will take care of their flabby belly's and the answer is NO
running does help some but try exercises that target your stomach more
