Question: I feel bad when i eat, i look at myself and hate what i see, i want to lose weight when i know i really dont need to..?

also how much salt water is dangerous to drink? is it more dangerous to drink whilst taking medicine such as night nurse?

go to some psychiatrist. your problem is called anorexia.

You need to see a doc because it sounds like your starting an eating disorder. Get some help fast--believe me.

Dear me. You do have some issues. Try to get away from the things that make you focus on yourself. You need to help other people on some level so that you can appreciate all the abundance you have in your life. Why would you drink salt water? May as well drink poison.

im a skinny person to .. and i still have probs with my body.. you have to do is just like it.. who cares about everyone and wat they think..

i was 152 lbs once (at 5'4") realized i was fat and started going to the gym. i got down to 125 lb (which is thin for my body type). everyone was telling me i looked great (or even a good friend said i was too thin) but all i saw was the fat on my thigh i had to work out more.

it's all in your head. when i look back now i think how too skinny i was. is probably was a minor form of anorexia. just hyper-focusing. it's a sickness.

in your own question you say you have a nice body so you know it, just stop hyper focusing. i think a lot of it is habitual, so when you start thinking that way just make yourself stop and call your friend who is having boyfriend problems or something and break of the habit

Nowadays women, and men are under pressure to look perfect, and by perfect I mean dramatically thin. It is more than likely all in your head and you will find that a little exercise can boost your way of thinking into a more positive perspective.

I often think the same and im a curvy size 10, which is great, but sometimes looking in a mirror and trying on the 50th piece of clothing that I think makes me look fat can really bum me out and ruin my day - even week.

Maybe its not your weight, maybe its your hair or something, but because you feel down you automatically blame the weight issue. Try a new hairstyle.

Im not really sure why you would want to drink salt water, masses amounts at that. But lots of salt is very VERY bad for you and your body, also it will bloat you. I have never tried Night Nurse, usually a cup or green tea will knock me out!

If this is genuine I would say you have a phsycological disorder. You should chat with you GP.

As for salt water. Why are you drinking it anyway? Salt is bad for you and you should get enough from a healthy diet.
