You are at a low enough bodyfat percentage that you can start doing some weightlifting. Build up your muscles and you will burn the leftover fat. Find a decent free weight program. There are dozens out there for beginners.

In all honesty, you look fine to me (and not just fine-fine, I mean dayum, fine!) but if you aren't happy with yourself, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Build some muscle tone and you'll trim that fat right off.

Yeh hun, you want the truth ? you are a bit on the fat side but i suggest that you just forget it for now, its baby fat.

you are not really fat, so just exercise more.

be more conscious of what you're putting into your body and start doing cardio and light weight lifting

sorry its prolly not what you wanna hear, but its the only way to get results

you are slim, you just aren't fit. do lots of cardio like running and it will soon disspear. But remember..bellies like yours are very very cute.

First of all, you don't look fat at all. But you might be able to use toning exercises. Old fashioned sit ups or the newer version called crunches will tone and flatten the stomach muscles. Everyone can use toning exercises, from the young to the old!

Lay off the junk and exersice !

it looks like you are young, and have not learned to exercise yet.

you don't really have that much to lose, you are slim everywhere else, what you can do to lose the fat is cut back on high fat foods, what you eat is a big part of it, in fact a major part

but just as important is working out to build and maintain muscles in your body, and specifically you are talking about your abs here so as far as working out goes you are looking to shed the fat around your stomach

underneath the fat you already have ab muscles there, so if you just melt off the fat you will begin to see the definition under the layers of fat, you can start this by doing more cardio exercise at least 4 times a week....

you can do any type of cardio exercise, such as running, dancing, swimming, biking, rollerblading, something where your moving around enough to get your heart rate up to at least 60 percent of your maximum heart rate. If you are more advanced you can go up to 80 percent of your maximum heart rate, the key is to be working hard enough that you can feel yourself working hard but not to the point where you are losing your breath....

so besides the cardio which will melt off fat to see your muscle, you want to also strengthen your muscles so you can get on the floor and do some ab crunches, oblique crunches, if the floor is uncomfortable for you, you can go on the ball and do crunches on there...

so don't get discouraged, write your goal down and stick to it, don't give up, you can achieve your goals, and looking at your picture you can definetly get that fat off within a few months if you really eat healthy and workout consistently
and remember it's a lifestyle not just a fling

also stay away from heavy drinking, (beer belly)

hope this helps you!
God bless you!

what's with the pics you could of just said your height and how much you weighed...um.

Just go jogging every morning. and eat right.

you are not fat, just could use some toning. Exercise will do the rest for you. Of more concern to me is your playboy bunny bedspread. That tells me that your opinion of what an attractive female body is skewed. Be careful what you let influence you.

the best thing i could have done was buying the ab lounger, it was only 99.00 and it really works, and i have a bad back and it actually helps that.

its just baby fat you ill grow out of it when you hit your grow spurt

Thats not really fat, its just lose muscle, so to speak. So a diet wont help that at all, you need to tone up those muscles, and not just the abs, but the lats too, all around, and that will tighten things up and keep your muscles from becoming loose and buckling under the weight of your organs. Also your going to want to do that cause you'll have back problems in the future your stomach continues in the direction its headed. Work your back, lats, abs, and hip flexers all equally at least 3 times a week, and you'll do just fine.
