You guys are all idiots!

no soda doesn't count as water.

It doesn't matter if it sparkles or not....or if it's carbonated

just whether it has sodium (salt) or caffinein it....cause sodium and caffine takes water out of your body....

so you would be putting a fluid in your body that is actually gonna take fluids out

I think some sparkling beverages or seltzer water have no sodium and some do .....just read the lables

when I am dieting some time I drink diet sparkling stuff for the taste......I just make sure I drink double recommended water or more.

Yes. It's the same with diluting juice and flavoured water.
As long as it's water, you're fine!

Yes, any beverage counts into your daily water intake, like soda & juice.

yes and no. if you have a carbonated beverage then you will need to drink more water because of the salt content. always make sure to drink at least one glass of regular water with all the other stuff

sparkling water gives you cellulite!

No I don't think so coz sparkling water doesn't have some useful materials

8 glasses of water in a mtyh,, Everything you drink has water in it.. It was a Quete from a bottle water comp. doctor.. total BS

No coz it has other ingredients or chemicals in it

probably drink about 10-12 for same effect

hope this helps

If you prefer sparkling water to normal water, you can drink that. Research has found that most people consume their required amount of daily fluid from drinking juice, milk, caffeinated drinks etc. There is also a lack of evidence regarding the recommendation and benefits of drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day.
