My Intake Today........?!


Question: Ate nothing all day, until 5pm, after school. I had Minestrone Soup (146cals) and two slices of brown bread (55cals per slice)
and i've drank nothing but water (0cals)
Ive been doing this for about 2 weeks now, my new plan started on February 3rd. My highest intake one day was 675cals.
I want to be really really skinny, am I going the right way for it?

Oh and i was wondering, am I starting out with a ED?

i would say that is pretty healthy! but thats just my opinion!

soon your be thinking about cals all the time..like all the time..your be tierd..your have pale skin..your get spots..your start to smell..your start to miss periods..your hair will fall out..oh and its really really hard when you cant sleep, because all you want to do is eat..

For you to loose weight you have to have around 1,200 cals a day and exercise..

by the way.. this WILL make u loose loads of weight, it will also make u put it all back on twice as much, your start to deny your eating and also your loose your friends,socail life, and people will start to call you wierd..its so nice when people start to say you look really good, and you can go shopping and fit into anything, you go past this.. if you start with an ED, takes over your life, your body smells! you can get this layer of hair all over you too..you become really unattractive and then you end up fat all because you were skinny for a couple of years, plus you end up lonely with no socail life..

Just eat fruit and veg, exercise and have a haooy healthy life..cut out chocolate and crisps and take away, still eat skinles chicken and drink lots of water.. that way u loose all the weight, have a healthy life style, still be able to motivate yourself and wont end up FAT later in life, because thats what will happen..

oh and if you eat breakfast even if its only 100 cals, you loose more weight than what you would do starving yourself..

I know i was a little harsh, but these ARE the facts ask any ana..they will tell you, there life is hardly worth living all..you can reach your goal by eating healthly and exercising..

Ana is an illness not a fashion..
