Question: Will yoga booty ballet give u nice sexy cusve waistline if ur trying to lose weight. will it work if u do this video like twice each day or will i have to more if they r better workouts out there plz tell.

I think lifting weights & doing lunges & squats will work WONDERS on your body - especially if you are trying to lose weight and gain sexy fit curves! But you also need to get in some cardio - @ least 45 minutes a day!
