Oooh a bold decision, lol.

Well, as always building muscle takes time and energy, but if you do these simple exercises everyday for half an hour you'll have Arnold Schwarzenegger.arms in no time! Just kidding, but you will most definitely have stronger arms.

For a very productive workout, do these backward push ups called tabletops. Have your back face the ground and your hands below your shoulders and your knees belt and feet below your knees. (like a crab position). Then bend your elbows as far as you can without dropping your hips to the ground and bend back up. You want to make sure you don't lock your elbows when you come out. (like keep 'em a little bit at all times) Start with 25 for a couple days and the next couple days add 5 more.

And I personally hate push ups, but trust me they will strengthen you. Start with 15 - 20 for a couple days and add more as you get stronger. Make sure to keep your **** and hips from sticking up or sinking too low so that it almost touches the ground, just in between. Try to go as low as you can without collapsing to the ground. 90 degrees is relatively ideal.

Don't forget to have some lean meat every day to help that muscle build and drink PLENTY of water because your muscles need it to grow.

push-ups, tricep pushes: put your hands on a short table behind you the push yourself up and down, lift weights

girl, lift some weights, go swimming once in a while to stretch your muscles so its easier to work out. Then you'll get addicted, and be nice n strong.

u need 2 use the 10lb bar bells and u can do about 10 push ups a night

get some arm weights(they are filled with sand and look like donuts. you put them on your wrists and should weigh 1 or 2 lbs.) and do some arm lifts: extend your arms to your sides(chest level) and move them in small, circular motions. do 25 forward, back, up, down, then quick, brisk pushes front and back. do 25 each. don't stop AT ALL. it might seem tiring and achy, but don't stop and make yourself do it. this exercise was used when i was in hula classes so we could build strength when we used arm movement. now i do it everyday before i sleep and i found out that i can now do push ups, which i haven't been able to do. hope this helped! good luck and i hope you get those firm, sexy arms soon.
