I need to loose weight!?!


Question: I'm 13 years old and I'm about 5' 0" tall. I have like a little bit of stomach fat, and my bum is too big. I weigh about 98.5 pounds. Now, I know you may think this is light, but its not. Well it is, but you can't tell im 98.5 pounds. I look like I'm a lot heavier than that. I just weigh that because I'm short. I want to be able to wear tight shirt without having to worring bout' my stomach hanging out. I always wear long sleeves, and baggy jackets because I'm fat. And i wear long shirts and long jackets to cover up my huge bum. How can I loose weight in my stomach and my bum? I want to be able to wear a bikini this summer. I hate wearing swimsuites that fully cover your stomach. And then I also have to wear thoes gay little skirts over them. I wanna be skinny! I would be so much prettier! Please please please help me! I'm in desprate need of health! I need to get skinny, and stay that way! Please! Thank you!

I am 13 as well. You are actually really skinny. Do squats for your but. All I can say is that when you hit the age we're at [teenage years] and you see problem areas, but you're normal weight...it's because when you get pregnant when you are older your body uses stored fat to feed the baby in case of an emergency and you do not get the nutrients that you and your baby need into your system. Don't worry about it. I'm underweight and I have a fat roll. It's no biggy. E-mail me anytime.

I don't believe that's overweight, but losing weight is really simple, take in less calories than you burn...don't starve yourself but don't eat all of those calories that are just going to be stored as fat because you're not even going to use the energy. Good luck. =D

You're at a healthy weight so I don't suggest dieting. Your only hope here is exercise. I'm talking doing some kind of cardio for at least 30 minutes a day (more if you can squeeze it in).

Reduce the junk food, assuming you eat any.

And you can't spot reduce. Weight loss is body wide and your body decides where it gets the fat from.
