You don't need to lose any weight, just try doing some exercises for the area you want to tone up.

Don't eat, and run 50 miles a day? Even that won't lose you 2 stone.

You do not need to lose any weight I suggest you do stomach crunches and toning exercises instead!

The best you can hope for in 6 weeks is around a stone - and thats with well controlled eating and a lot of exercise.

your 15 and you want to go down to 6.5 stone? please tell me why first?

go see a doctor thats rediculous your underweight as it is presuming your average height, i hope your not joking because body dysmorphia is a very serious condition, if that question was for attention then you really do need help

If you lose 2 stone, you'll be very very thin and weak and your periods will probably stop.
If the problem is just your stomach, then do some exercise and sit ups/crunches.
If you feel you do need to lose some weight, then don't lose more than a stone or you'll look awful and feel terrible.

your stomach is only a fuel tank or a dinner bucket,it gets bigger and smaller with digestion...if you starve yourself, you starve your brain and your heart as well ,which could give you a heart condition called angina, and you also need to not dehydrate them either

You don't need to lose any weight. That would make you deathly skinny. Just exercise and tone your muscles. Yoga, pilates, crunches, all help tone your abdominal muscles.

i agree with neonicky, 8.5 stones is light enough, losing two stones is unhealthy and boys dont like really thin girls.. i wudnt be surprised if u had no boobs and thighs

cut ur legs off !!! u dont say wot height u are. 8.5stone is ok. 5'4 & the ideal weight is 9.5stone.

losing 2 stone in that time is unhealthy at ur age u jst need t do healthy eating for life and exercise

just try to walk alot like to school and friends etc...don't eat no more after a certain time e.g. 7pm and make sure you have your fruit and veg everyday for healthy skin...

2 stone?! Are you mad?! You would be dangerously underweight at 6.5st.

why 6 weeks? its completely unrealistic. with you already being a small weight, you would find it extremely difficult and time consuming to try and lose any weight at all. as far as we can be aware, you seem to be a healthy size the now. why do u want to lose that much that quickly??
