fiber helps you lose weight but you cant replace a meal with a fiber supplement. eat fiber all day long, your body doesnt digest fiber so you'll either be consuming very little or no calories in those meals.

Yup

you better read the warning information on the bottle before you try what you're talking about. That much fiber will really put your digestive system out of whack. It's not designed to be a meal replacement. It's meant to help your digestive process.

I find a diet just on fiber drinks would prove failing. Yes, they do fill you up, but chances are you will get sick of them and give up after a while. Any diet should consist of healthy eating habits and exercise.

You wouldn't want to replace meals with them as they are not replacing your regular nutrients you need for the day. The fiber is just helping to keep you feeling fuller longer so your not inclined to snack. So try having a fiber drink with your meals and just don't overdue mealtimes and have fast food or large portioned meals. Then extra fiber is always good and it will keep your body fuller which will keep you from snacking in between meals and that basically leads to the extra pounds the extra snacks we sneak in throughout the day.

You have to take fiber in a glass of water about a half a hour be for you eat to have it work. This will kill your your to eat more food. Stay of the junk food and eat 6 small meals a day Alot of yokurts low in calores and will fill you up. Good luck
