There are tight camisole type underwear things, one piece swim suits, sexy lingerie as opposed to nude, or you can gain a few pounds. I have seen many people that would look better fatter. Even people that were always skinny. Wrinkles show more, lips are thinner and it can really age a person. I know if I was thinner I would look older, which is not my goal(looking older). Of course I to would like to be rid of my belly at least with just skin you can fit into smaller pants. Real people look all kinds of ways under their clothes. In the media, we don't see it that's all, and of course there is photoshop, etc. Good underwear is the best solution that I know. My aunt hand a gastric bypass when I was a kid. She lost tons of weight really fast.I think if you only lose 2 lbs per week like what is usually recommended the saggy skin may not be such a problem, personally I don't know, my skin is filled with fat. Anyway, even though I was a kid the image of my aunt's rear end will forever be ingrained in my head. Some people like her really benefit from the swim suit that has a skirt. At her panty line she literally had 2 or 3 handfuls of skin sagging, just skin! She eventually gained weight and I have never looked again so I don't know whatever happened, she is nearing 70 so I am guessing she generally keeps it covered. Nevertheless, try not to lose weight so fast or maybe you have lost enough for a while or soon you may be worrying about saggy boobs. Can you imagine those big boobs empty, talk about saggy skin, now that's something to worry about.

There's no way but surgery. Sorry. The skin just won't shrink naturally.

that's what I understand.

I have no idea. I don't think that is even possible...?
Reducing it...=lose more weight...?
The best answer could be to ask your doctor about this question.
I know this probably didn't help you much, but Good Luck any ways!!

i lost 70 pounds and have saggy skin, been maintaining for about 8 months and i do cardio everyday, and strength train 3 times a week with 12 pound dumbells, i have been noticing the skin slightly tightening up. strength training may he

how long were you overwieght and how old are you, the skin may have some elasticity if you are young and were not overweight forever.
