Slim Fast Optima or protein???!

Question: I am going to start Slim fast on Thursday after I go to the store and buy it. They have to kinds I am interested in. The Optima and the Protein. Has anyone tried either? What do you recomend?

Either is fine. They both have protein either way, that's why they call the Optima one Optima, cause it controls hunger longer because of the protein.

I like and recommend the chocolate flavor! The others are chalky tasting.

I tried the optima before and it worked better than the protein, it also tasted better, but you should try both and see wich one works better for you. Either way you lose weght fast.
