Please give me some tips on this?!


Question: I am going to Mexico over the summer and i REALLY want to wear a bikini.... but there is one problem. I need to lose weight. I mean its not an enormous amount or anything, just a little and i dont know how!!! Any tips? Plz help me!!!

Just a little bit? I recently cut out all cheese except "dry" cheese (parm and ricotta) and it made a big difference along with not eating after 7pm/ I have increased my "steps" (I wear a pedometer), and do lite hand weights. My BMI has dropped almost 10 points in 3 weeks and I am much more toned.

start by drinking at least 1 -2 quarts of water per day. Water helps tio digest food, speed up ur metabolism, keeps u satiated so u won't eat too much. Try doing a lite 20 -30 minute jog in the morning 3 to 4 times aweek. Cardio on anempty stomach will increase the fat burning benefits. Try to eat 4- 5 small meals per day.. evry 2- 3 hrs, this will keep ur metabolism revved. Ur metabolism is like a small fire. If u feed it 5 -6 small logs throughout the day, it will maintain a constant sustained burn. U can still eat most of the things u enjoy ... just not as much. Don't berate urself too much ovr ur diet ...... because anything can be rectified the next day. But seriously cardio and some extra water will change ur body within 3 weeks ........ a very good start

I know this diet that will make you loose as much as 10 pound in 3 days believe it or not! My auntie Jen tried it and lost 28lbs in 3 weeks (she was supposed to loose 30 but she deviated from the diet). This diet is used for obese people who need to loose wait in a hurry before having surgery.

here is the diet (you can not subsitute anything or it will not work!)

( YOU MAY NOT USE ANY SEASONINGS OTHER THAN SALT AND PEPPER.)

PICK 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK TO DIET...THE OTHER 4 DAYS YOU MAY EAT WHAT EVER YOU WANT BUT DO NOT OVER DO IT. YOU CAN CONTINUE THE DIET THE NEXT WEEK THE SAME DAYS YOU DID IT THE FIRST WEEK)


1st Day:

BREAKFAST:
Black Coffee or Tea
? Grapefruit
1 slice of toast
2 tablespoons of peanut butter

LUNCH:
? cup of Tuna
1 slice of toast

DINNER:
2 slices of any mean (about 3 oz.) - I ate two hot dogs.
1 Cup of String Beans
1 Cup of Beets
1 Small Apple
1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream


2nd Day:

BREAKFAST:
1 Egg
? of a Banana
1 Slice of Toast
Black Coffee or Tea

LUNCH:
1 Cup of Tuna or Cottage Cheese
5 Saltine Crackers

DINNER:
2 slices of meat
2 Cups of Broccoli
? Cup of Carrots
? of a Banana
? Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream


3rd Day:

BREAKFAST:
3 Saltine Crackers
1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
1 Small Apple
Black Coffee or Tea

LUNCH:
1 Hard-Boiled Egg
1 Slice of Toast

DINNER:
1 Cup of Tuna or Cottage Cheese
1 Cup of Beets
1 Cup of Cauliflower
? Cup of Cantaloupe
? Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
