I'm NOT anorexic but...?!


Question: I am ABSOULTLRY NOT going to go anorexic or anything, but how many pound would I lose in 9 days if I had 60 grams of protein, 11 grams of fat, 500 calories a day, and got 40 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of ab sculpting?
age: turning 14 on march 3
height: 5'3.6" (5 ft 3 inch a half)
weight: 130 pounds (i have some muscle on my arms)

I'm healthy, with some extra weight. *and im asking this bcuz im doing a project.*

4-7 lb i didnt eat that much protein I just reduced carb intake, dont eat and sleep

Yeah, project my ***. You would be in the hospital within 4 days.

in the class that you're doing this project for, don't they have a formula or something to figure this out?

i don't understand, because if this is a project... shouldn't you be trying to figure out every aspect of the project...

thats not a very healthy diet. its too difficult to say how much weight you would lose. everybody's different.

You're not doing a project because there's no answer to this question.

I'll tell you this however, any weight you were to lose while doing this would bounce back on you once you stopped. You'd go into starvation mode, your metabolism would be reduced and any extra calories you take in would be converted to fat. Your body would then eat it own tissues in order to get the calories it needs to continue, but keep the fat because this is your insurance policy.

There's still no definite answer to this question. And had this been for a project, you should have mentioned that at the very beginning of the question and said specifically, "I'm doing a project for health class and blah blah blah". Instead you start off with "I'm NOT anorexic but...".

I will say this however, the overweight person (assuming genetics aren't at work here and the weight gain is simply due to overeating) will lose weight faster than the regular person because at the beginning there's more to lose.

How much weight you would lose depends on your metabolism and everyone's is different. No one could truthfully answer that question for you.

first of all, you don't "go anorexic"..dont say that because it makes you sound ignorant.


and honeslty, how much you loose depends on how much you eat now and what nutrients you get from those calories.
if you eat a lot now and cut back..you willll loose more than if your already a small eater and eat even less
but i have a pretty good guess you'll loose about 5 lbs..
it won't all be fat through..youll loose tons of water weight and food weight in general..empty stomachs weight less, but dont nesecarly look less.

9 days is a crash diet, it's gona fail
with this plan u havehere it's for life or better not to even try it if your only gona stick to it for 9 daysit's gona slow your metabolism forever and make u fatter.

It depends on what your body's metabolism is like. And I'm assuming that the excercise is per day, and what other activity you do. It also depends on what your body fat content is. The intake you list won't sustain you for long so your body will take from those fat stores. I can't give you a specific amount because everyone loses weight differently.
