There are no best diets, take it from the queen of diets and diet pills! You will gain the weight back! depending on your size, cut your calories and excercise at least 5 days a week. But of course you're looking for fast results and no hassle, so you probably won't listen to me anyway. lol

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Ive lost a lot of weight using the Atkins diet, who consists in no eating carbs, its kind of hard at the begging but it really works, and also 30 minutes of exercise could help you, good luck

I've tried he south beach diet with good results as well as a diet low in fat and reduced calories with plenty of whole grains. Atkins didn't work so good for me b/c when I added carbs I gained all weight back.

I lost 40 pounds on weight watchers. As long as you stick with it you can keep the weight off.

Well, it's not exactly a like commercial diet or w/e you want to call those. But I stopped drinking soda, bought a stepper, and i did all this about 2weeks aog and i've lost 5lbs already. I eat pretty much the same, in fact, if not more. I just wake up, take a vitamin, work out, and eat. then the rest of my day is normal.
