Nutrisystem question?!

Question: I just bought a months worth of nutrisystem food from a friend and I have no idea how to start. I know that you have to eat fruits and vegetables but I don't really know how to start. Do I need a book by nutrisystem or something to tell me what to do?

Can someone just tell me exactly what I need to do to get started on it? So if someone can enlighten me, I would appreciate it.

Sidenote: I'll give "Best Answer" to someone who actually answers my question in more than two words and a link.

You are missing the guideline book from your friend. But the answer to your question is:
1) Eat a breakfast meal they have marked
2) Snack mid-morning (one of the bars, etc) or 1/2 piece of fruit.
3) Eat one of their lunch meals marked.
4) 1/2 piece of fruit
5) Their dinner meal
6) One of their desserts or 1/2 piece of fruit.

Good luck!

Each package is marked breakfast lunch dinner
you have in between snacks.
Eat the breakfast items at breakfast etc.
Day1 of diet open the package that says day1

Nutrisystem is just a low cal contolled food diet. So no special way to use it. But a good way to start, is to set your self up with a time to eat. EX: eat a nutrisystem breakfast at 8a.m.. then at about 10am eat a little snack like a half banana...then at noon or 1pm... eat a nurtrisystem lunch.... then at 3pm eat another small snack like the other half banana or about 8-10 raw almonds. Then at about 6pm eat the nutrisystem dinner. Then at about 9 or just before you go to bed, drink a sugar free cocoa.. the key is to eat regular, eat small, drink water and do something in the way of exercise. That will help get you on track ....
