You may not want to do a hardcore workout, but it is still very important that you exercise. Something like walking, jogging, sports, martial arts, that sort of thing. It'll be extremely difficult to get in shape if you don't exercise for most of your young life.

Also, it's very important that you eat well. Even if you find yourself eating a lot, make sure that what you're eating is good stuff. Be sure to get your daily values of carbs, fruits, veggies, protein, vitamins, minerals, etc. Eating healthy should help you lose some weight, and in conjuction with exercise, build a good muscle base. Also, exercise is vital for building bone density!

Well, your still young... So I recommend that you don't lift weights but that doesn't mean you can't do cardio. You can walk around the block everyday for 30 mins nothing intense, exercise, exercise...you can also, get into sports, I recommend football.

If you build up the habit of not exercising, having no muscle, and doing pretty much nothing, it will be REALLY hard for you to slim up later.
