I dont know how to control my food portions! What do I do???!

I lost thirty pounds last year by portion control and walking. You can do it to. It just takes teaching yourself the right serving size of more fattening foods.
Use smaller plate. Seriously. Instead of dinner plate, use "lunch" plate.
