I need exercises!?!


Question: Suddenly, ive been feeling very fat. i dont know why. but i cant take it anymore. i wanna cry so bad, but i cant.
I need exercises to flatten out my stomach, thin out my legs and arms. also, my ***. FAST!!
I really hate doing crunches, and ive done them for a long time. I really need exercises to flatten my stomach, get rid of my ***, thin out my legs and arms, and very FAST! i want to be skinny and be able to go swim without having to worry about what people think. I WANT RESULTS, FAST! Please no crunches, because im sick of them. they dont do anything for me!!!!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

Start running.
You need shoes and outdoors.
I live live in Reno and it is miserable here 8 months of the year.
I run in 100 degree weather all summer and 20 degree snow in winter.
The hardest part was starting. I ran 1/4 miles the first day. and made it 2 miles without stopping my 2nd week.
It is addicting and you will love the aethetics.
Just you and the road.
Don't bother with a gym or treadmill. Just make a committemnt that you will run 3x per week at least 20 minutes per time.
If that means running at night-DO IT!
If that means getting up early-DO IT!
If that means not watching American Idol tommorrow night-DO IT!

Make that 20 minute run, the "thing you do" and NOTHING can interrupt it.

START TOMORROW and don't let your self get talked out of it.

I lost 40 punds in 9 weeks and now run 5K and 10K's for fun and feel AWESOME!

try curves for woman...or do half sit ups those work or lay on your side and leg lifts work great

Honestly, crunches does absolutely nothing for weight loss. Best way to burn fat is to go jogging or even walking in the mornings. It'll also help to exercise a bit after eating, as you burn around 3x the calories.
