What is a realistic, and effective way to lose weight fast?!

Question: find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Excercise with whatever you like to do. CARDIO HELPS ALOT! Cardio includes biking, swimming, and running. Running is my favorite it has a benefit on almost all portions of your body and it's fun to me. Good luck

Best way to lose weight is to eat right and workout :)

But really, you have to eat 60% carbs, 25% protein, 15% fat in your daily diet. Make it out to be 12x your weight in calories each day spread to about 5 meals each and every day. This keeps your metabolism burning strong and burning a lot of fat.

Jogging is highly recommended for fat loss. Jog before your first meal, this burns off excess adipose fat in your body. Check out the blog listed below for a detailed eating plan to get you going. I hope this helps.

Good luck to you!

Weight Watchers- however, you have oxymorons in your sentence.. "realistic and effective" and "fast"... it is healthy to lose 1-2 lbs a week. No faster than that.

Theres not magic bullet.

I would say wake up earlier, take a jog. You cant just go out there and run a mile without having doing so before. But it will burn extra caloreis. Never skip breakfast! Eat like an apple or something but nothing sweet because it will on;y make you crave sugar later in the day. Drink lots of water. Watch the calories. Normal is 2,000-2,5000 skip down to about 1,500.
Have you ever heard of the 2, 4, 6, 8 idea?
Well its not really that "healthy" but it is a good way to trick your metabolism. You eat 1,000 calories one day, 800 the next, 600 the next, then 400, then 200 then back to 400, then 600 again and so on.

Boxing! Kick boxing! Eat early to get your metabolism going and cut out table salt (switch to sea salt). Salt makes you retain water. Don't eat out. Choose %100 whole grain breads and pastas. Eat a very light dinner like salad or high fiber cereal. ( Don't eat right before you go to bed either)

Good luck

drink an 8 ounce glass of water an hour before you eat and when you eat a hour later dont eat greasy foods, try broiling or baking food. get plenty of exercising.eat fruits and vegetables
