For teens or women with flat stomach?!


Question: April 11th im leaving for a vacation and i got a bathingsuit and my self esteem collapsed. im 15 and i weigh 110 also im 5"2. my arms, legs are slim but my stomach has a little belly fat on it & i have a little bit of lovehandles. im on a strict diet now only consuming about 1200 calories. my exercise routine is the eliptical for 30 minutes on a wieght loss program, i have been reps of 25 crunches moving my legs from the floor and slightly going up and to one side, so total ive been doing about 200 in one session, pushups, and running up stairs are also included. at night i run 4 times around my block. im hoping by april 11th i will loose some of this fat ! if i keep this up everyday do u think it's possible ?

Yes you should if you keep it up. Remember if you're doing this level of excersise to eat enough carbs before hand and some protein after so you can keep going and so your muscles can recover.

Don't go below 1200 calories a day else your body will go into "starvation mode" and your body will burn less calories because it will reduce your metabolism.

Ok first off hunny 110? No instead of lossing weight i suggest you put on weight, your not fat your far from it your too skinny that weight is too little.

Gee, you sound like me. You're almost exactly my size and I did those exact excersizes when I was your age! Keep up the good work, but don't obsess about it. You should definitely be able to get a nice toned stomach by then. Remember... ab work outs are the BEST!! And do it for yourself ;)

yeah you should def. lose some weight this way!
you will be thin before you know it :)
just stay strong..and as long as you keep it up.the weight/fat will come right off and you will also be nicely toned

I wish i was there again. You'll definaty get a flat tummy. I wouldn't stress on losing weight though. Maybe you should do a few more sit ups. The main thing you need is the tummy toneing the way you make it sound. Keep it up and you'll be flat and toned by April.

i hate it now that people are so obsessed with their apperence. what has the world come to? arn't we all the same and just as spacial on the inside. i worry about my apperence every day. i hate it. dam media, dam ignorent people, dam creulty. dam all of you that impact the way we all think of ourselfs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
