Need to lose weight! NOW! ^.^?!


Question: ok now....first off...im like 5'10 and i think i weigh about 230 right now.....yes that means im fat. now i was wondering....if i lost weight would i have loose skin if i lost like 40 or 50 pounds? and if so how would i correct that? muscle i guess?
oh and any weight loss excorsizes that dont involve jogging or running...that i could do at home maybe? i do play dance dance revolution if that makes a difference...any advice would be appreiciated thanks.

Lifestyle change.

Don't focus on losing it all fast. You didn't gain it in a day or a month so don't try to lose it that way either. Even if you lost 1 pound a week by the end of 6 months. 24 pounds gone and the end of a year about 50 pounds.

Weight training is a big part of shaping your body. Start with 1 session a week and work up to 3,1 hour sessions. Group fitness at gyms offer it so you don't get bored.

Exercising with dieting will help skin to shrink back to size. 40-60 pounds shouldn,t leave you too flabby.
Like you I hate jogging and running so I have bought a mini trampoline which I jump on every day. Dancing to music is also a good and enjoyable way to exercise. Do specific exercises to target specific areas to tone eg sit ups for tummy. You will find plenty of exercises on the web.
Combine the exercise with a calories controlled diet such as weightwatchers and the weight will be gone within a few months- hopefully by summer.

the only way to prevent possible loose skin is weight training and loosing the weight SLOWLEY

ok well you my have loose skin if you don't tone up as you lose weight. make sure your doing plenty of sit ups and crunches to toughen up those abs, and moisturize every day.

aerobic training is fastest way to lose weight, that includes dancing (good work!), jogging, walking, aerobics, cycling. i suggest you buy some aerobic, pilates and yoga dvds that you can do at home - you seem into dancing and stuff so it will be fun as well as good exercise. keep up your fluids, don't eat crap, and make sure you have vitamin and mineral supplements (they absorb the neccessary energy that you need to burn - otherwise it turns to fat).

First....make cardio your new hobby for the rest of your life....love it....eventually become a marathon runner in a couple years.....start of slow a few days a weak to stay injury free. Thay way you don't stop and stay consistant. and after a few months after you stop getting sore and you r not gasping for air. Cardio is smooth sailing. This may take 3-4 months.

After you can do cardio with out getting sore and are in good breathing shape....that's when you start hitting diet hardcore no matter what diet you pick....people try to start diet and exercise at once but it's too difficult with getting sore and being out of shape...it's too much to focus on.

The ketogentic diet is what you need.....which is little to no carbs so body burns fat instead of carbs.....body builders eat mostly protein and some fat....and children with seizures eat mostly fat and a little protein...

months or years later.....once your down to 12% fat and you have loose sking....you need to do what body builders and celbebrities do which is take clenbuterol and t3 cytomel .....but not until your at 12% body fat or else it will just help you get the wieght off and you will still have lose skin.

You want to lose the weight with diet and exercise....and then if you want to combat the lose sking finish off with the "risky" stuff. Body builders use that stack to get down to 3 percent body fat and have veins popping out
