Good diet plan for overweight 14 year old teen??!


Question: Trying to get a 14 year old overweight teen to lose weight...what is a good way of losing weight ( 20 or more pounds by late may ) please include details such as food plans and exercise plans.....THANKS!

ew deff dont go bulimic or anerexic
those people are just a little pathetic
you need to workout more then you eat
knowing this person is overweight and prob
not very active they can start out with walking
and not eating as much, foods you should eat
are more fruits and vegtables. And just drinking
water also helps. They should eat 4-5 small meals
a day instead of 3 bigs ones and breakfast should
be the largest meal so you can burn it off

you should just eat a good breakfast
a good lunch
and small dinner but early like @ 6 or 7
cut out fats
eat more salads
fish
chicken
no more fast food

and so that you dont overeat. drink water after each bite of food so it'lll fill u up faster. Report It
