If you get a referral from your doctor, it shouldn't cost you anything. Also check and see if your company benefits cover the cost, your employee assistance plan should state if you are covered and can even refer you.

Anytime I've ever gone I've been referred by my physician and it hasn't cost me anything.

If you don't go through your doctor it will be $50-75/hr
