just bake a big pan of chicken breasts/rice with beans on the week ends that you can microwave to eat. The oatmeal for breakfast is easy to make. As are the protein shakes, and the salmon can just be a once in a while dinner thing.
ur supposed to eat 3. not 6, but u can eat as many or as little as u want, it doesnt matter. you eat some nasty stuff by the way
get a piece of wrap and u can throw just about anything into it :)
