How much cardio is too much?!

Question: About 30-40 minutes, 4-5 times per week, is plenty. Any more than that and the benefits are very minimal. Beyond that, all you're doing is burning more calories. But, it also puts stress on the body (especially things like running) and can result in overuse injuries. If you want to exercise more I'd suggest increasing the intensity instead of the duration, and do various activities.

depends what your goals are.

if you're trying to lose a lot of weight try to get up to an hour a day. also try adding incline to the treadmill, if that's what you're doing, to add a little bit of more muscle training in there.

for guys, if you're trying to bulk up... i heard it's not good to do cardio on days you're lifting weights because you want the blood to focus on the part you're working that day and doing cardio prevents that from happening

There is never too much you can do ;)!!
Just do as much as you think your body can handle, I mean... Don't over-do it if you feel you can't but if you feel you can then go for it!! :)!
