Wat exercises can u do to increase ur bum or take in ur waistline but retain ur !


Question: i have been tryin to add just a little weight for years and have finally succeeded. the problem is i put on weight in all the wrong places. cheeks and stomach.

so now i want to retain this new hip size without the waistline.

what can i do?

Stand with your feet comfortably apart-raise your fists to meet each other in front of you-raise your elbows even with your shoulders while fists still together-push your arms away from your chest until it is comfortable distance with your hands still together and your elbows still up.-Chest out and back straight-turn your upper body to the side-hold for about 5 seconds come back to the middle-hold for 5 seconds-turn to the other side and hold for 5 seconds. come back to the middle and repeat until you have done 20 to 40 to each side.(stomach in and don't turn so far you hurt your back and not quick. Keep your pubic bone down from moving much while doing these.

Lay on your back-knees bent but not up straight. arms and hands flat on floor to your sides. keep your feet togethrer and move knees to one side as far as is comfortable-will not be able to touch knees to the floor on either side while back is still flat on floor and arms to both sides. Hold for 5 seconds and come back up. 5 seconds-then to the other side.-

I have a 26 inch waist and I am 37-I have had three children and I have a flat stomach. Do this about 3 times a week but the second set of exercises should only be about 5-10 on each side. My hips and butt are moderately meaty.lol! I eat what ever I want but usually only eat one or two meals a day. Diets aren't the answer. Exercise is. Try to stay active and if you have physical oproblems-work around them. For gaining wt. eat pastas and breads and lots of potatoes but continue the exercise so it gos to the right places. Obviously all our bodies aren't built the same but you can sculpt yourself a bit by targeting as you are asking.

Husbands can be usefull -tell him you need help exercising as frequently as possible.!!!

You can't pick and chose what parts of your body will gain and lose weight. You just have to make the best out of what you have.

Do lots of squats and hurdles.

body crunches , sit ups , weight lifting from your toes to your head helped me alot ! running and dancing is amazing for your stomach

hula hooping to get a smaller waist - beyonce swears by hula hooping and just look at how shes shaped - big bum, lil waist etc
