you'd lose water from sweating. othr than that, there's no dif.

who knows. when i wanna lose weight i just close my mouth and stop stuffing my face.

yep. i think so... because whenever people wants to lose some weight, they go to the sauna, which is hot, so i think it has the same concept. :)

well, I suppose you would sweat more..but then also you would be uncomfortable and likely not be out there as long because its so hot!

i woulda said colder because your body has to work harder to keep warm! its a known fact ppl who live in constantly heated homes gain weight!

Primarily by making you perspire and lose more water. The goal of weight loss is not dehydration, but rather the burning of calories.

i dont think so.... because when you walk in a hotter conditions you tend to be thirsty then end up dringking cola or eating ice cream

On the contrary, walking in colder conditions does because your body must "work harder" to keep itself warm.

In a way, but only temprorary. The main loss when so hot is fluid - you sweat more, thus lose water. It is important to keep drinking fluid so that you do not dehydrate, and thus you replace what you have lost. I don't think the heat burns up any more fat than normal temperatures. Hope that helps.

As long as you keep well highdrated with water, covered with sunscreen and wear a hat this is a great way to loose weight. Sweating like you do in a sauna is how you shed excess water. Excess water is often what makes us appear bigger/fatter than we are.

Well you would sweat more. Which would help.

I feel it fatigues me quicker. You may lose water weight for the moment but it comes right back.

In short, yes. When you engage in physical activity in hotter conditions, you sweat more. So you do lose weight, but the weight you lose is primarily water, which your body needs.

Plus you need to replenish that water supply to stay properly hydrated.

Drinking water also helps increase your metabolism. Conversely, not enough water slows your metabolic rate down and you burn calories at a decreased speed.

The only people who consider fluid deprivation as a weight loss measure are those who want to look skinnier at the expense of their overall health. It's very unsafe and potentially fatal.

Not sure to be honest, you'd sweat a lot more but I think that would just be your body losing water.
