Do slim people grow taller or obese fat people grow taller?!

Question: I don't think weight has anything to do with it. It's all in the genes. (Just ask Naomi Campbell, Posh Spice, John Goodman, or Danny Devito). :-)

but taller people usually have bigger bones....

I suspect they both grow taller as they develop. I do know that obese people like me grow but not vertically just horizontally. Our growing size accounts for this. For example, a man who was 220 and is now 640 sees his waist go from the 30 inches to 90 to 100 inches - definite expansion. It is amazing to look back and see how small we used to be compared to now and see how wide and round we have become.
