at 13 you shouldnt restrict too much food, just exercise more. I lost all my fat when I was around 15. your body is still growing and filling in. One thing that helped me was taebo. Dont eat any white bread, white rice, sweets. only eat lots of salad, whole grain bread-around 4 servings of carb a day, protein 3 x a day and lots of salad. Fruit-I would eat less sugary fruits, because its still sugar. dont drink pop, drink natural juices instead, using your own fruits-veg. you can even mix it with whey protein powder. The best thing to do, is get the best nutrition for maximum fat loss. dont eat cakes, pies, pastries, etc. im 5'7 and my normal weight range is 130-140 lbs. my frame is also different though, my shoulders are wider, my bones are bit more on the medium side. some people are fine boned. and can get away with being 120-130lbs, but less than that and you will look like a skeleton. make sure you drink 10-12 glasses water a day, water also flushes toxins, and breakdown fat. One book I would recommend reading which helped me alot. was a body type book. in it, shows different body shapes and different diets designed for that body shape. its called Dr abravanel's body time diet and lifetime nutrition plan. he was the first guy to come out with the materials. you can find it in any bookstore. anothe rthing is try weight training 4 times a week aswell. weight training burns more fat than just cardio alone, and gets you more toned and less saggy. hope this helps, godo luck with your weightloss.dont starve yourself!
