Well I would say that you should NOT go on some stupid milkshake + chicken diet cuz that soundz like ur gonna gain more then ur gonna loose!... Try swimming- i lost like 10 pounds in the first week!.... youll have to swim alot

thats not really safe

clenbuterol and t3 cytomel stacked together......it's hard to find legit sources with so many scamers online

20lbs in two weeks is rather unrealistic no matter what diet or exercise you take up, and then you will feel more disheartened by it all. Therefore take up a realistic target and start right away with right eating and right exercise. No fast foods, lots of raw salads, plenty and plenty of water and hit the gym or take up a regular exercise regime at home. There's no short cut to a healthy lifestyle - it has to be the hard way for the round ones like us!! Take heart and start today.

do P90X and eat only grilled chicken breast and yogurt

get yourself medifast and just drink the shakes for 2 weeks, you also need to exercise a lot, this will be the quickest and safest way togo.

this is totally not safe but maybe try beyonce lemonade diet. it means you'll be hungry all the time but you will lose the weight. the only problem is it that when u get on holiday and start to eat again the wieht will pile back on. my advice will be to cut down to 1000 calories a day eat meals that are high in fibre and go to the gym for an hour everyday, plus do toning excercies such as sit ups and thigh toning ones. i'm in the same boat i need to lose weight for my holiday but i've got till april so i'm taking it slow.

Sort of medical intervention you are not going to lose 20lb in 2 weeks without having detrimental effects on your health, realistically 20lb of fat reduction (not weight loss) should take about 15 weeks with a very good diet and plenty of regular exercise. That doesnt mean you should not bother starting I would have thought 5-8 pounds over those two weeks would certainly be possible. But you have to view it as a life style change not a diet, fat will not stay off if you go back to your old habits after your diet is finished.
There have been plenty of questions and answers about how to start programmes so I wont reiterate here just search for them.

Good luck with it

It really is not safe. 2 lbs a week is much better and more lasting.

The key is: Diet Diet Diet, then exercise:

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.

Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
