Weird Feeling After Eating Sweets?!

Question: I have cut out soda, ice cream, and sweets in the past 3 months. Well, this past week I bought some m&m's because they were on sale from Valentine's Day. I ate the bag and felt sick and just YUK. I love m&m's but don't love the way they make me feel! It took me a few days to get it out of my system. I felt like flushed out, like my sugar is either plunging or jumping (not sure if up or down), as well as I had a nauseated feeling like being hungry but sick at the same time. It's just totally weird and I never realized how bad my habits were and how sick they really made me! Even drinking a real coke (not diet) makes me feel off balance usually for the whole day if I do it. I do drink diet drinks but could it be the no-sugar changes in my diet that make me feel sick like this? Or is it something else.

its because your body got used to no sweets..and so when u ate sum then the body is lyk whoa!!!...havent had that in a long time!!...its was shocked!!

Have you talked to a doctor? I'm thinking it may have something to do with insulin levels going crazy after you eat a ton of sugar.
