I'm retaining water and want to stop it. help?!

Question: i don't really understand why i retain so much water. i excersize twice a day during the week, on weekends once a day. my salt intake is very low. i've heard it could be due to eating wheat products. is this true?

my mom refuses to let me take a water pill, so are there any other ways i could stop retaining water? i've heard that vitamin b helps. is this true?

sorry i know i have a lot of questios.
help would be much appreciated.

I know this sounds ironic but drinking water actually reduces water retention. Your body is holding onto the water because it knows your not drinking enough of it and it has to save it when its needed the most. Your body is thinking " I know I don't get alot of water so lets save it when its needed most". Now, if you drink 5-6 glasses a day(I know it sounds exaggerated but that's whats recommended) your body will stop holding in water because it knows you are constantly replenishing your body with water. Exercise has nothing to do with it either.

You should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday.

You could drink a lot more water. Or get on a all liquid diet, like a detox or cleanser. But I wouldn't really recommend that because if messes with your metabolism but that is an option because it gets rid of your water weight.

im sorry but i dont no anything about but your talking about!! lol
