Iam a lean/thin guy..can i build mass muscles naturally? i mean become big and m!


Question: i may have work out wrongly coz i tried to build muscles but i still look the same...thin..although there are a lil diff,..meaning a lil muscle,....but it took me years to just have such small muscles........i want huge muscles....pls help....and i dont have the time to go to a gym...i work out at home

Hopefully you have weights such as plates and 45's, 25's, 10's, and 5's in pounds. Olympic bar, and dumbells. First you need to train heavy and hard. Heavy with weights you can handle 6-8 reps 3 sets with the 8th rep being almost impossible to lift. Exercises such as bench press, squats, deadlift, rows, lat pull downs, chinups or pull ups, military presses. These exercises are known as multi-joint exercises and they work large muscle groups.
