How do i stop snacking?!


Question: Im not fat and am at a healthy weight but am slowly putting on weight. Everyone constantly tells me how lucky I am to be so thin and have such a fast metabolism but that just made me think I could eat anything, and now I snack all the time... I know I shouldn't because it's not healthy but I can't help it lol...any tips on how I can stop myself snacking? Im not talking about starving myself I just mean between meals?

maybe ur bored
find something else to do with ur hands instead of eating.
knit, crochet, do some creative writing...

if you find you are actually hungry, then drink lots of water or warm tea(I like green tea chai w/ a little creamer- it's like dessert) and make sure you snack on healthy food like fruit or raw veggies(I sometimes pack a ziplock bag of baby carrots in my purse to munch on) just stay away from the vending machines it's all fat lady food in there.

Put a picture of what u want to look like on the fridge

Stop eating

drink a cup of tea, it surprisingly fills you up.

Dont buy snack food, eat before you go grocery shopping so not as many things look appealing to you.

most times u feel like a smack ur probly just thirsty or summot. i find if i drink water it helps, oh and it also requires willpower, xD

Alright, so ur hungry right. First get a water bottle have a sipp better? If not *** some crystle light on the go. Better? i mean if not u maybe are hungry have a banana or something. But are u just bored? Well then think of how u want to look, think of how fat u'll be if u eat. Dont be anorexic, be safe.

you don't have to quit having snacks. you should try to organize your meals so that you have five smaller meals a day instead of two or three big ones. of course, this is easier said than done but you should try. it will prevent you from gaining weight
