this probably isnt' the answer you want to here, but it'll take at least 6 months to a year... benching isn't something that you can increase quickly, it takes time
here are some tips to up your bench
-be doing incline, decline, and dumbell press along with bench to strengthen your pecs
-consume lots of protein to build muscle
-you can take a supplement such as creatine or one of many N.O. supplements to aid in your lifting
AND your age does matter a bit, the best age for gaining muscle is from about 17-25

it'll take a while, but give it some time and you'll get there
hope i helped and
good luck!

dude, that will take a while

i workout with 160

TWO SECONDS IF YOU CAN LIFT IT.

Two months probably. Bench every 2 days, take your protein and make sure you have a spot. You will be up in no time as long as you stick to it.

like 6 months if you consistently train and yes age matters so it might take a little longer. first your 155 so u might have to gain some weight and just keep lifting,. i would suggest joining football so you can do lifts to increase your body's strength overall.

please answer my question. thanks

Well... I'm 5'6, 175 lbs and can bench 220 lbs. But i'm 17 years old.
And yes age does matter a lot. So you may be able to bench 200 when your 15 year old, gain mabe 15 lbs (I'm not saying get fatter!), & work out every other day... This takes time.

I am in the same excact boat your in I am trying to get ready for football and everything, but I would say about a couple of months to lift that much
