PROTEIN! a lot of chicken and eggs. low carb is good too. So hard boiled eggs and grilled chicken is the way you want to go. And get some steak. And protein shakes. and milk. healthy, and builds strong bodies.

To put on lean muscle mass you should eat 1 to 1.5 grams of carbs and 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of body weight. Eats lots of poultry, egg whites, veggies, and fruits. OTC supplements I recommend are NoX9(nitric oxide booster), NoExplode, Creatine, and obviously protein shakes. Depending on your frame, you workout routine, and your current diet, I think it would be resonable to put on 15-20 lbs. of good mass in a month.

hi try banana smoothies great for energy full of potassium be care full to exercise though as can put weight on fast in fat stores , regular exercise will put on weight as muscle is heavier than fat try at least 3 in milk full cream. with bit of honey and malt good luck ,,
