Stomach muscles?!


Question: i have a flat stomach. I had a baby a couple years ago, and theres a little bit of skin thats still kinda baggy. its not WAY baggy, no one even notices except me, but what can i do to make it firmer. im 5'5" and 115 lbs. im very skinny, but i just hate that my stomach skin isnt what it used to be. Oh the joys of motherhood.

While I have never had a baby, I have a similar problem. I am considered 'skinny' by a lot of people and yet I have a bit more flab at my tummy than what I would like. In the past week or so I've started to do about 100 crunches everyday. It's a bit to soon to see if it's making a difference though but that is what was recommended to me.

First off, don't be so vain. Secondly, try exercising. Finally, put on some more weight, you sound too skinny.
