What is your favorite way to work out?!


Question: Mine is cycling. My yearly season starts March 1st. last year from march to october I went roughly 3500 miles and I haven't been that active yet so far. I am pushing 4000 this year and this last week of off season is killing me.

anyone passionate about what they do? have any time?

Well, I have never been a huge fan of the workout.... Primarily sex though - it's the most fun way right? After that though I go to a gym where they just do a circuit thing with resistance training and cardio, I enjoy it.... I am much more passionate about my art that I am about my exercise....

Wow, that's awesome. I love spinning- I know its not real cycling, but I love the music! I also love running- I love that aching feeling my lungs get when I am running up a hill. Or dancing. I just wish I had more time for this stuff.

FOOTBALL IS EVERYTHING
i love football so much im always just trying to get better at it... i try to stay fit in the off season but football still challenges me cause im a big linemen... but i love the challenge..all other sports i do are to stay fit for football

Hmmm .. well when I have time I'll usually go running/jogging ... I used to play indoor soccer for a while (& let me tell u the girls were rougher than the guys!!! lol )

that is a badass workout....and it gives you results in under a week

Routinely 3 times a week I do a workout..in the privacy of my own home ( I don't like others seeing me get all sweaty & red.)

I stretch first

Then I do about an hour of yoga based exercises.

Then I do about 2 hours of mixed cardio( includes 30 minute power jog on the spot) /crunches, squats etc.

Then I stretch off & in all done : )

If your asking my favourite activity I would say jogging & tennis or ping-pong lol.

i love weight training.... sometimes i get a real nice pump from it... and then when u are sometimes sore the next day or 2 you feel like u really did something!

i also love working out with tennis, running up and down to the net, left and right across the baseline... and having to return the ball in say a 10 - 12 stroke rally.. it can be fun. tennis takes alot of stamina, especially when its played on a claycourt surface, as the suface slows down the ball, and its more running around, and the rallies can become longer..

can you repeat the question? and make it more interesting and/or exciting?

Truthfully I am very passionate about running. I dont know why but it clears my head and I think straight. Its sounds so hollywood I know but its true. Anytime I have a problem I run and run until I find a solution. Works everytime. : ) Other than that I am a major sports girl, but I doubt I am any good now. I am totally out of shape, havent been working out for awhile though I try and keep myself as fit as I can.

field hockey all the way...seasons almost up though
also tennis...i won the junior leinster under 16's championship a couple of years back
good times...haha
except im not as good anymore...i never train as hard as i did then lol
