Lovehandles and workouts !?!


Question: not sure if it posted the first time if so im sorry ! i need workouts to get rid of lovehandles and lower belly fat. ive been running and usung an elliptical . when i do crunches im only feeling it in my ribs! is that normal ? what can i do to get rid of some lovehandles and belly fat before april 11th ? thankss :)

to get your lower belly, try reverse crunches. You lie flat on your back with yor legs up as high as you can. Hold your legs together and raise them up, this reaches your lower abs. As for love handles, cardio is probably the best thing to burn the fat

It is all in the diet. You are what you eat. Exercise is good but it only helps a little. If you really want to loose the handles get on a low fat, low carb, low calorie diet and stay there. You already have AB's they are just under a layer of fat.
